Warranties, refunds and returns


Not the right fit? ROC offers a 30 day return policy from date of purchase if you decide to change your mind. For Australian orders, we will provide you a full refund minus the return freight cost or a store credit for the original total order value. All international shipping returns cost are to be covered by the consumer.

To start a return the product must first meet the below conditions:-

  • The product must be in its original packaging condition. Unfortunately ROC Eyewear will not reimburse for the postage return handling cost.
  • Product must be returned with original packaging. See below checklist.
    • Sunglasses
    • Swing Tag
    • Case
    • Cleaning Cloth & Care Instruction package
    • Original packaging material
Return process
  1. Please email hello@roceyewear.com.au and provide the below
    1. Order number
    2. Provide a reason for return
    3. Include image of the product and packaging
    4. Advise if you would like a refund or store credit
  2. One of our friendly customer service team members will provide you with a prepaid returns label. Affix the label to the original satchel and tape up to return.
  3. take it to your local post office to return.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  5. If the item is returned in its original state we will issue you with a refund or store credit.
A full refund minus the cost to return the items be provided back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days of receipt of item. 
Store Credit
A store credit will be provided for the original total order value. This will be sent out instantly to you once returns have been inspected and confirmed.

If you opted for a Store credit we will send this out instantly once everything has been authorised.

All ROC Eyewear products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase against any defects in materials or the production process. ROC Eyewear will either:-
  • Replace or repair any pair of ROC sunglasses found to be defective
  • Offer a full refund
  • Offer a store credit
ROC Eyewear will not accept any damage caused by wear and tear or unreasonable use. Nor does it cover scratching of lenses or accidental breakages. For warranty, items will need to be sent back for assessment by our quality assurance team. Postage, handling and repair cost apply for any non-warranty claims. Our metal frames are made from nickel-silver. Our plastic frames are high strength & hard wearing. Our lenses are high grade, optical-1 quality. ROC sunglasses give you 100% UV protection and comply with Australian and New Zealand standards, (AS/NZS 1067.1:2016).
