ROC Eyewear offers a 14 day return policy from date of purchase if you change your mind. However, the product must be in its original packaging condition. Unfortunately ROC Eyewear will not reimburse for the postage return handling cost.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. All ROC Eyewear products carry a full 3-month warranty from date of purchase against any defects in materials or the production process. ROC Eyewear will replace or repair any pair of ROC sunglasses found to be defective with proof of purchase. ROC Eyewear will not accept any damage caused by carelessness and unreasonable use. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear due to everyday use. Nor does it cover scratching of lenses or accidental breakages. Postage, handling and repair cost apply for any non-warranty claims. ROC glasses are only constructed from premium grade materials. Our metal frames are made from nickel-silver. Our plastic frames are high strength & hard wearing. Our lenses are high grade, optical-1 quality. ROC sunglasses give you 100% UV protection and comply with Australian and New Zealand standards, (AS/NZS 1067:2003).
