ROC Eyewear offers a 14 day return policy from date of purchase if you change your mind. However, the product must be in its original packaging condition. Unfortunately ROC Eyewear will not reimburse for the postage return handling cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is returned in its original state, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If you would like a refund, please contact the person that gifted you in order to process the refund as we will require the original order details.
All ROC Eyewear products carry a full 3-month warranty from date of purchase against any defects in materials or the production process. ROC Eyewear will replace or repair any pair of ROC sunglasses found to be defective with proof of purchase. ROC Eyewear will not accept any damage caused by carelessness and unreasonable use. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear due to everyday use. Nor does it cover scratching of lenses or accidental breakages. Postage, handling and repair cost apply for any non-warranty claims. ROC glasses are only constructed from premium grade materials. Our metal frames are made from nickel-silver. Our plastic frames are high strength & hard wearing. Our lenses are high grade, optical-1 quality. ROC sunglasses give you 100% UV protection and comply with Australian and New Zealand standards, (AS/NZS 1067:2003).
