Deliveries Australia
At present, deliveries are handled by Australia Post. Due to higher volumes of online shopping, we currently estimate a 2-7 business day timeframe for deliveries.
Deliveries International
Your deliveries are managed by DHL or similar express courier, we have been advised to extend our delivery timeframes due to limitation with available flights. Deliveries can be from 7-14 business days for most countries.

Same Business Day Dispatch
All orders will be dispatched same business day when placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.
Free Shipping
*Australian orders over $70 qualify for free shipping. Items will be delivered between 2-5 business days from dispatch. Express shipping is also available at $4 when you order over $70.

All applicable customs and import duties are calculated by the Country. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Australia.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in unusual cases may delay delivery.
